Find Your Focus And Thrive
Explore answers to frequent questions to quickly connect with the guidance you need.

What services does Wandering Focus offer?
I offer life and mindset coaching outdoors in nature, including reset walks, breakthrough sessions, seasonal journeys, and group coaching circles. I also provide trauma-informed support for people facing challenges such as ADHD, mental health struggles, or recovery from trauma and sexual abuse. Everything is tailored to you — no one-size-fits-all.
Where are you based?
I am Norfolk based, within the PE33, West Norfolk and Breckland localities.
Travel charges will apply outside of these localities.
Why do you coach in nature?
Nature has been part of my own healing journey. Being outdoors helps quiet the noise, lower stress, and bring clarity. Walking side by side makes it easier to talk openly, without the pressure of sitting in a room staring at four walls. Nature reflects life back to us — the seasons, the ups and downs, the resilience. That’s why I bring coaching outside: it works.
How can I book a coaching session?
You can book easily through the contact form on my website. We’ll arrange a free chat first to see what you need and how I can support you. From there, we can plan your first session.
What happens in a coaching session?
Each session is guided by you. We’ll explore what’s on your mind, work through challenges, and find practical steps forward. Sometimes we’ll walk and talk, sometimes pause and reflect, sometimes use simple tools to help you get clarity. It’s not about me giving you answers — it’s about you finding your own.
Is coaching suitable for both personal and professional growth?
Yes. Whether you’re feeling stuck in life, work, or relationships, the same principles apply. Coaching in nature gives you the space to think clearer, reset, and build confidence in whatever area matters most to you.
What if I’ve experienced trauma or abuse?
I offer a safe, supportive, trauma-informed space. You set the pace, and I’ll never push you to go where you’re not ready. Coaching isn’t therapy, but it can help you rebuild confidence, regain trust in yourself, and take steps forward without judgement.
Do I need to be “outdoorsy” to do this?
Not at all. We go at your pace — whether that’s a gentle stroll, sitting on a bench, or a longer walk. The focus is on you, not hiking mountains (unless you want to!).
What if I have accessibility needs?
I adapt sessions to suit you. If walking isn’t possible, we can sit outside, choose accessible routes, or even work online with a nature-inspired approach. Everyone should be able to access support.
Is this the same as therapy?
No. Coaching is future-focused — about where you are now and where you want to go. Therapy often looks back at the past and helps heal old wounds. Coaching and therapy can work well alongside each other, but my role is to help you move forward.
Do you work with people who have ADHD or other neurodiverse needs?
Yes. I’m ADHD myself, so I get how the brain can work differently. I use flexible approaches, keep things practical, and help you cut through the overwhelm without judgement.
